As a family run boutique builder we focus on our custom projects but often have one or two lots in inventory for either pre- sale or spec sale.  We are very selective with the lots we purchase and usually our spec’s  are within waterfront or recreational communities.  Please check in with us and we’ll tell you what we’ve got! ​​

You may have heard that permitting your project has become time and document intensive. With increased regulations come increased frustrations and processing times. We offer permit services in house and coordinate the logistics of getting the project approved.​
